Magnesium



This is another form of magnesium we carry, for those who prefer a liquid delivery system rather than taking more pills.

When stress is high, our nervous system can get "fried," and magnesium can really help with this.  Many people get enough calcium in their diet, but not enough magnesium.  Most people I test seem to be deficient in magnesium.  Some signs of being magnesium deficient are: leg cramps, irritability and anxiety, lethargy, muscular weakness or spasms, tics, involuntary eye movement, difficulty swallowing, irregular or rapid heartbeat, and problems falling asleep at night.
